Rune Molnes, professional photographer, in the cave.

Not so long ago a professional photographer from Norway, Rune Werner Molnes, visited us in Fljótstunga on his photography trip around Iceland. Of course it was impossible to visit Fljótstunga without taking a trip under the ground and the lava field and into one of Iceland's wonders, Víðgelmir lava cave. It certainly is a dream for photographers and it is clear when a professional photographer is in the cave - some serious flashes going on...

Rune was also so lucky to be in Fljótstunga on the day that the sheep are gathered from the highlands which is always quite the spectacle and as he describes it on his webpage: "...every photographer's dream."
